You are invited to join the 1st Annual Autumn Soiree.. This form is solely for those who have requested to be on the Wait List.
If attending as a couple, one person must be a member of L9GA, LWGA, or LMGA.
One member (the Table Organizer) must register your entire table of 10 people.
The Table Organizer will receive a confirmation email with the details of the registration.
Before completing the form, please be sure to know the entree preferences of all who will attend.
Please be sure that your attendees have not committed to another table.
We encourage you to register a full table of 10 people. (Smaller groups will be accommodated)
Registration and Cancellation deadlines are November 1st.
